Want to go for a leisurely drive in the country?

Well this is enough to make you, no force you to relax and unwind.  Green country lanes with beautiful sweeping trees..

As its spring, a little inspiration

One of my favourite plants!  So easy to grow, needs nothing, and very drought tolerant.

Jones Soda - what a great idea!

Jones Soda – A Great Photo Gift!

from Cool Photo Ideas - Photo Ideas for Photo Lovers by Jill

I love Jones Soda! Not only do they taste great, but they allow you to customize your bottles with a photo or even artwork if you are really daring. With great soda flavors like Lemon Lime, Grape, Berry Lemonade and Blue Bubble Gum, these sodas will really make a great addition to any party or even add some fun to a corporate event.

And now they also offer a line of juices that also have the custom photo feature! Limes with Orange, Bananaberry, D’Peach Mode and more! Sounds Yummy!

So, if you are looking for something different for a photo gift or photo favor, then look no further!

This would make a great photo montage using the acrylic photo blocks - Sunset Series!

As you may have worked out, I really like sunset shots.  And this is another one I came across recently and have added to my collection.

Nice eh?

Wow, what a great shot!

Now this really makes me want to go and spend some quality time taking photos..  My collection of shots in my acrylic photo frames are really coming along. I am determined that there my wall will be covered!

It really makes you appreciate the beauty of nature.

When To Update Your Wall Decor – 5 Clues!

This cracks me up!

When To Update Your Wall Decor – 5 Clues!

via Cool Photo Ideas - Photo Ideas for Photo Lovers by Jill on 8/26/09

You know you love the idea of a photo mural.  Still, it’s hard to know when a wall decor update is called for.  After all everything eventually comes back in style.  That peeling kitchy country border in your bedroom holds some fond memories.   Hey–We understand.  And we can help!

Here are 5 clues that it’s probably time to update your wall decor to an eclectic photo mural or custom wall mural from ArtisticHomeowner:

1. You hosted a home interiors party 10 years ago and the dust on your hostess gift floral wreath has turned it ghostly white.  Everybody pretends not to notice

2. Your oldest kid is in high school and you still have crayola marks at about the 2 foot level speckled about the living room.  Everyone pretends not to notice.

3. The roof was fixed 3 years ago but  the Rorschach water stain on the wall that you swear looks like Lincoln  remains.  You cannot stop studying it;  in fact, you could probably write an essay about it.

4.  Holly Hobby wall border from 1979.  You pretend not to notice.  Peeling or not it’s time….

5.  Telltale vintage family portraiture that scares your kids and you don’t even know who the people are or how you’re related.  (If you have one of these lovelies, please: put the picture in the closet.  Today.  Believe me, everyone will sleep better.)

So when you’re ready to make the leap from drab to fab, check out our galleries of awesome photo murals.  With everything from Cityscapes to Great Outdoors to Animals to Outer Space and more, there is something here for everyone.

You will not be disappointed and your children will thank you.

Ok, now it’s your turn.   Can you think of any clues that a wall would be in need of some loving (i.e., updating)?
